ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice announces that the Tribal-State Class III Gaming 
Compact entered into between the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and 
the State of California is taking effect.

DATES: The effective date of the compact is April 10, 2017.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Section 11 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory 
Act (IGRA) requires the Secretary of the Interior to publish in the
