The Commission is extending this 45day time period.
The Commission finds it appropriate
to designate a longer period within
which to take action on the proposed
rule change so that it has sufficient time
to consider this proposed rule change
and the comments. Accordingly, the
Commission, pursuant to Section
19(b)(2) of the Act,6 designates May 22,
2017, as the date by which the
Commission shall either approve or
disapprove, or institute proceedings to
determine whether to disapprove, the
proposed rule change (File No. SR–
CHX–2017–04).

Exhibition
Notice is hereby given of the
following determinations: Pursuant to
the authority vested in me by the Act of
October 19, 1965 (79 Stat. 985;), E.O.
12047 of March 27, 1978, the Foreign
Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of
1998 (112 Stat. 2681, et seq.), Delegation
of Authority No. 234 of October 1, 1999,
Delegation of Authority No. 236–3 of
August 28, 2000 (and, as appropriate,
Delegation of Authority No. 257–1 of
December 11, 2015), I hereby determine
that objects to be included in the
exhibition ‘‘Berlin and Los Angeles:
Space for Music,’’ imported from abroad
for temporary exhibition within the
United States, are of cultural
significance. The objects are imported
pursuant to a loan agreement with the
foreign owner or custodian. I also
determine that the exhibition or display
of the exhibit objects at the Getty
Research Institute at the Getty Center,
Los Angeles, California, from on or
about April 25, 2017, until on or about
July 30, 2017, and at possible additional
exhibitions or venues yet to be
determined, is in the national interest.
I have ordered that Public Notice of
these Determinations be published in
the Federal Register.

ACTION:
In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA
invites public comments about our
intention to request the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB)
approval to reinstate a previously
approved information collection. FAA
regulations prescribe certification
standards for pilots, flight instructors,
and ground instructors. The information
collected is used to determine
compliance with applicant eligibility.
SUMMARY:
