regulations require that type certificate
and supplemental type certificate
holders use documentation to
demonstrate to their FAA Oversight
Office that they have complied by
establishing limits of validity of the
engineering data that supports the
maintenance program (LOVs). Operators
will submit the LOV to their Principal
Maintenance Inspectors to demonstrate
that they are compliant.
Respondents: Approximately 30
operators.
Frequency: On occasion.
Estimated Average Burden per
Response: 20 hours.

equipment on aircraft operating in
specified classes of airspace within the
United States national Airspace System.
This facilitates the use of ADS–B for
aircraft surveillance by FAA air traffic
controllers to accommodate the
expected increase in demand for air
transportation.
