The Lynn Canal-Icy Strait
Resource Advisory Committee (RAC)
will meet in Juneau, Alaska. The
committee is authorized under the
Secure Rural Schools and Community
Self-Determination Act (the Act) and
operates in compliance with the Federal
Advisory Committee Act. The purpose
of the committee is to improve
collaborative relationships and to
provide advice and recommendations to
the Forest Service concerning projects
and funding consistent with Title II of

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce
(the Department) determines that
countervailable subsidies are being
provided to producers/exporters of
certain carbon and alloy steel cut-tolength plate (CTL plate) from the
Republic of Korea (Korea). In addition,
we continue to find that critical
circumstances do not exist with respect
to POSCO, POSCO-Daewoo Corporation,
and all-other producers/exporters from
Korea. The period of investigation is
January 1, 2015, through December 31,
2015. For information on the estimated
subsidy rates, see the ‘‘Final
Determination and Suspension of
Liquidation’’ section of this notice.
