Electric Quarterly Report (EQR) Users
Group meeting. The meeting will take
place from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST),

All interested persons are invited to

person, access to the meeting will be
available via webcast.
This meeting will provide a forum for
dialogue between Commission staff and
EQR users to discuss potential
improvements to the EQR program and
the EQR filing process. Please note that

Take notice that on March 15, 2017,
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC
(Columbia), 700 Louisiana Street, Suite
700, Houston, Texas 77002–2700, filed
an application under section 7(c) of the
Natural Gas Act (NGA), and Part 157 of
the Commission’s regulations,
requesting authorization to implement
its Eastern Panhandle Expansion
Project. The project as proposed will
consist of the construction of a new 8inch diameter pipeline and
appurtenances extending approximately
3.37 miles from Columbia’s 20-inch
diameter Line 1804 and 24-inch
diameter Line 10240 in Fulton County,
Pennsylvania in order to provide 47,500
Dekatherms per day (Dth/d) of firm
transportation service. The new 8-inch
diameter line will end at the project
shipper’s Point of Delivery (POD) site in
Morgan County, West Virginia, all as
more fully set forth in the application
which is on file with the Commission
and open for public inspection.
