The project as proposed will consist of the construction of a new 8inch diameter pipeline and appurtenances extending approximately 3.37 miles from Columbia’s 20-inch diameter Line 1804 and 24-inch diameter Line 10240 in Fulton County, Pennsylvania in order to provide 47,500 Dekatherms per day (Dth/d) of firm transportation service. The new 8-inch diameter line will end at the project shipper’s Point of Delivery (POD) site in Morgan County, West Virginia, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open for public inspection.
