The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Air Force Mantech (AFRL/ RXM), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH; and 3M, St. Paul, MN, have been added as parties to this venture. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open and RIC-Americas intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership or planned activities. On April 30, 2014, RIC-Americas filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on June 9, 2014 (79 FR 32999). The last notification was filed with the Department on November 30, 2016. A notice was published in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on January 11, 2017 (82 FR 3360). The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Compusult Systems, Inc., Reston, VA; and Scott Goessling (individual member), Mansfield, TX, have been added as parties to this venture. Also, International Business Machines Corp., Armonk, NY, has withdrawn as a party to this venture. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and NCOIC intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. On November 19, 2004, NCOIC filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on February 2, 2005 (70 FR 5486). The company plans to import the listed controlled substance in finished dosage form for clinical trials, research and analytical purposes. The import of this class of controlled substance will be granted only for analytical testing, research and clinical trials.
