SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers/exporters of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-tolength plate (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). In addition, we continue to find that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to POSCO, POSCO-Daewoo Corporation, and all-other producers/exporters from Korea. The period of investigation is January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015.
