AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA
invites public comments about our
intention to request the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB)
approval to renew a previously
approved information collection. 14
CFR 125 prescribes requirements for
issuing operating certificates and for
appropriate operating rules. In addition
to the statutory basis, the collection of
this information is necessary to issue,
reissue, or amend applicant’s operating
certificates and operations
specifications.
SUMMARY:
Written comments should be
submitted by May 15, 2017.

Tallahassee to change a portion of
airport property from aeronautical to
non-aeronautical use at the Tallahassee

approximately 119.6 acres.
