Abstract: VA personnel complete VA
Form 0120 to document preemployment history and conduct
background checks on applicants
seeking employment as VA police
officers. VA will use the data collected
to determine the applicant’s
qualification and suitability to be hired
as a VA police officer.
An agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The Federal Register
Notice with a 60-day comment period
soliciting comments on this collection
of information was published at 81 FR
229 on November 29, 2016, pages 86073
and 86074.
