    The City of Conroe, Texas, grantee of FTZ 265, submitted a 
notification of proposed production activity to the FTZ Board on behalf 
of Bauer Manufacturing LLC dba NEORig (Bauer), located in Conroe, 
Texas. The notification conforming to the requirements of the
