The application was processed in accordance with the FTZ Act and Regulations, including notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment (81 FR 88213, December 7, 2016). The FTZ staff examiner reviewed the application and determined that it meets the criteria for approval. Pursuant to the authority delegated to the FTZ Board’s Executive Secretary (15 CFR 400.36(f)), the application to establish Subzone 92F is approved, subject to the FTZ Act and the Board’s regulations, including Section 400.13, and further subject to FTZ 92’s 2,000acre activation limit. SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large residential washers from the Republic of Korea. The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2015, through January 31, 2016. The review covers one producer/ exporter of the subject merchandise, LG Electronics, Inc. (LGE). We preliminarily determine that sales of subject merchandise by LGE were not made at prices below normal value (NV). We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. Products subject to this order may also enter under HTSUS subheadings 8450.11.0040, 8450.11.0080, 8450.90.2000, and 8450.90.6000.
