On December 1, 2016, the Executive
Secretary of the Foreign-Trade Zones
(FTZ) Board docketed an application
submitted by the Mississippi Coast
Foreign Trade Zone, Inc., grantee of FTZ
92, requesting subzone status subject to
the existing activation limit of FTZ 92,
on behalf of TopShip, LLC, in Gulfport,
Mississippi.
The application was processed in
accordance with the FTZ Act and
Regulations, including notice in the
Federal Register inviting public
comment (81 FR 88213, December 7,
2016). The FTZ staff examiner reviewed
the application and determined that it
meets the criteria for approval.
Pursuant to the authority delegated to
the FTZ Board’s Executive Secretary (15
CFR 400.36(f)), the application to
establish Subzone 92F is approved,
subject to the FTZ Act and the Board’s
regulations, including Section 400.13,
and further subject to FTZ 92’s 2,000acre activation limit.

Inc., submitted a notification of
proposed production activity to the
Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ) Board for its
facility within FTZ Subzone 176G, in
McHenry, Illinois.
The notification was processed in
accordance with the regulations of the
FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including
notice in the Federal Register inviting
public comment (81 FR 79415,
November 14, 2016). The FTZ Board has
determined that no further review of the
activity is warranted at this time. The
production activity described in the
notification is authorized, subject to the
FTZ Act and the Board’s regulations,
including Section 400.14.

Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce
(the Department) is conducting an
administrative review of the
antidumping duty order on large
residential washers from the Republic of
Korea. The period of review (POR) is
February 1, 2015, through January 31,
2016. The review covers one producer/
exporter of the subject merchandise, LG
Electronics, Inc. (LGE). We
preliminarily determine that sales of
subject merchandise by LGE were not
made at prices below normal value
(NV). We invite interested parties to
comment on these preliminary results.

Scope of the Order
The products covered by the order are
all large residential washers and certain
subassemblies thereof from Korea. The
products are currently classifiable under
subheadings 8450.20.0040 and
8450.20.0080 of the Harmonized Tariff
System of the United States (HTSUS).
Products subject to this order may also
enter under HTSUS subheadings
8450.11.0040, 8450.11.0080,
8450.90.2000, and 8450.90.6000.
Although the HTSUS subheadings are
provided for convenience and customs
purposes, the written description of the
merchandise subject to this scope is
dispositive.1
