endangered species under the
Endangered Species Act of 1973 (ESA),
with comments due by February 6,
2017. However, in response to a request
to extend the public comment period,
NMFS has decided to reopen the public
comment period by an additional 15
calendar days.

period for 15 calendar days, from
February 8, 2017 to February 23, 2017.
