k. Description of Request: The
licensee requests Commission approval
of its Drought Contingency Plan under
License Article 416. The plan identifies
the public access measures and
reservoir public access measures that
the licensees would implement during
drought conditions. Specifically, the
plan outlines actions that the licensee
would implement when reservoir
elevations drop to 168 feet-msl and
lower, including changes to hydropower
generation and water deliveries,
implementation of conservation
measures, public announcements, and
agency notification.
