The National Advisory
Council on Innovation and
Entrepreneurship (NACIE) will hold a
public meeting on Thursday, February
2, 2017, from 1:00–3:00 p.m. Eastern
Time (ET) and Friday, February 3, 2017,
from 8:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m. ET. During
this time, members will further develop
their policy proposals and work plan for
their two-year term. Topics to be
covered include increasing access to
capital in underserved markets,
inclusive entrepreneurship practices,
improving entrepreneurship education
in schools and career development
programs, and better aligning federal
innovation and entrepreneurship
programing.

ACTION: Notification of standard prices
and fee percentage.
AGENCY:
NMFS publishes the standard
ex-vessel prices and fee percentage for
cost recovery under the Central Gulf of
Alaska Rockfish Program. This action is
intended to provide participants in a
rockfish cooperative with the standard
prices and fee percentage for the 2016
fishing year, which was authorized from
May 1 through November 15. The fee
percentage is 2.54 percent. The fee
payments are due from each rockfish
cooperative on or before February 15,
2017.
