PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM or
Respondent) alleging that the PJM Open
Access Transmission Tariff is unjust
and unreasonable, all as more fully
explained in its amended complaint.
Movants certify that a copies of the
complaint were served on persons
designated for service on the official
service list compiled by the Secretary in
this proceeding.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
