SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BOARD Release of Waybill Data The Surface Transportation Board has received a request from University of California Davis (WB16–56–12/22/16) for permission to use certain unmasked PO 00000 Frm 00120 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 4957 data from the Board’s 1986–2015 Carload Waybill Samples. A copy of this request may be obtained from the Office of Economics. The waybill sample contains confidential railroad and shipper data; therefore, if any parties object to these requests, they should file their objections with the Director of the Board’s Office of Economics within 14 calendar days of the date of this notice. ACTION: Notice of intent of waiver with respect to land; Chicago Midway International Airport, Chicago, Illinois. AGENCY: The FAA is considering a proposal to change 0.189 acres of airport land from aeronautical use to nonaeronautical use and to authorize the sale of airport property located at 5321 South Menard Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. The land is located off airport in a residential zoned area in Chicago, IL. This land is to be sold at Fair Market Value (FMV) to a locally-based business to be used as a parking lot. The land was purchased with federal funds under the Federal Aid to Airports Program (FAAP) and currently not used for aeronautical purposes. FAR Part 77, Right of Flight, and other compatible aeronautical landuses would continue to be protected with deed restrictions required in the transfer of land ownership. The property is no longer needed for aeronautical use. DATES: Comments must be received on or before February 16, 2017.
