Pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of
Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 110.70(b)
‘‘Public Notice of Receipt of an
Application,’’ please take notice that the
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission
(NRC) has received the following
request for an export license
amendment. The changes being
requested are: (1) Change the company
name from Duratek to EnergySolutions
Services, Inc., and (2) extend the date of
expiration from December 31, 2016 to
December 31, 2021. A copy of the
request is available electronically
through the Agencywide Documents
Access and Management System
(ADAMS), and can be accessed online
in the ADAMS Public Documents
collection at https://www/nrc/gov/
reading-rm/adams.html. To begin the
search, select ‘‘ADAMS public
Documents’’ and then select ‘‘Begin
Web-based ADAMS Search.’’ For
problems with ADAMS, please contact
the NRC’s Public Document Room
reference staff at 1–800–397–4209, 301–
415–4737, or by email to pdr.resource@
nrc.gov. The ADAMS accession number
for each document referenced is

A request for a hearing or petition for
