not issue an order finding Aztec
Worldwide Airlines, Inc., fit, willing,
and able, to provide scheduled
passenger service as a commuter air
carrier using small aircraft pursuant to
Part 135 of the Federal Aviation
Regulations, and awarding it a
Commuter Air Carrier Authorization.
DATES: Persons wishing to file
objections should do so no later than
January 12, 2017.

SUMMARY:
Background
On December 29, 2016, the President
issued E.O. 13757, ‘‘Taking Additional
Steps to Address the National
Emergency with Respect to Significant
Malicious Cyber-Enabled Activities’’,
amending E.O. 13694 of April 1, 2015,
‘‘Blocking the Property of Certain
Persons Engaging in Significant
Malicious Cyber-Enabled Activities’’
pursuant to, inter alia, the International
Emergency Economic Powers Act (50
U.S.C. 1701–06). E.O. 13757 was
effective at 12:01 a.m. eastern standard
time on December 29, 2016.
The Annex to E.O. 13694, as amended
