This notice provides an update of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) poverty guidelines to account for last calendar year's increase in prices as measured by the Consumer Price Index.

The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) is providing notice that it's implementing a new carrier performance enterprise standard. SDDC will conduct reviews to monitor and evaluate Transportation Service Providers (TSP) performance nationwide. The enterprise standard will be 90% calculated by comparing shipments to service failures.
