This notice announces final environmental actions taken by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for projects in the City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge, LA, and Hennepin County, MN. The Sabine-Angelina Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in Hemphill, Texas. NMFS is reallocating the projected unused amount of the 2016 Atka mackerel incidental catch allowance (ICA) for the Bering Sea subarea and Eastern Aleutian district (BS/EAI) to the Amendment 80 cooperative allocations in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands management area (BSAI). This action is necessary to allow the 2016 total allowable catch of Atka mackerel in the BSAI to be fully harvested.
