for, and the processing of, special
permits from the Department of
Transportation’s Hazardous Material
Regulations (49 CFR part 107, subpart
B), notice is hereby given that the Office
of Hazardous Materials Safety has
received the application described
herein. Each mode of transportation for

Information: Extension of Response
Deadline for Request for Information

ACTION: Request for Information (RFI),
response to document and data request;
clarification; and extension of response
deadline.
AGENCY:
DOT is extending the
response period for the RFI regarding
industry practices on the distribution
and display of airline flight schedule,
fare, and availability information. The
Department is extending the period for
persons to submit responses to the RFI
from December 30, 2016, to March 31,
2017. This action also addresses a
request for documents or data submitted
to the Department in connection with
issues addressed in the RFI. This
