In compliance with NEPA and the CEQ regulations, as well as NOAA Administrative Order 216–6, NMFS has reviewed the Navy’s EA, determined it to be sufficient, adopted that EA and signed a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on November 8, 2016. Authorization As a result of these determinations, NMFS has issued an IHA to the Navy for a waterfront improvement project at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine, provided the previously mentioned mitigation, monitoring, and reporting requirements are incorporated. This collection is used by the USPTO to determine whether or not the applicant has met the requirements of the patent regulations. In addition, the USPTO uses this information to determine the suitability of a respondent depository based upon administrative and technical competence and the depository’s agreement to comply with the requirements set forth by the USPTO.
