and CDFI Bond Guarantee Program. The
revised form requires recipients to
indicate their material event, explain
the event, and their organizational
response.

institutions, non-profit entities, and

participating in CDFI Fund programs.

13 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A). Currently
