App. 2, that the Cooperative Studies Scientific Evaluation Committee will hold a meeting on January 11, 2017, at the American Association of Airport Executives, 601 Madison Street, Alexandria, VA. The remaining portion of the meeting will be closed to the public for the Committee’s review, discussion, and evaluation of research and development applications.
