Production under FTZ procedures could exempt CoLinx from customs duty payments on the foreign-status materials/components used in export production. On its domestic sales, CoLinx would be able to choose the duty rates during customs entry procedures that apply to mounted unit roller assemblies (housed, spherical roller bearing units) and mounted unit ball assemblies (housed ball bearing units) (duty rate 4.5%) for the foreignstatus materials/components noted below. Customs duties also could possibly be deferred or reduced on foreign-status production equipment. The materials/components sourced from abroad include: Single-row, radial ball bearings (Y-bearings); bearings housings for ball bearings; and, corrugated paperboard boxes (duty rate ranges from duty-free to 5.8%). SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on monosodium glutamate (MSG) from Indonesia. The period of review (POR) is May 8, 2014 through October 31, 2015. The review covers a single mandatory respondent, PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia (CJI). The Department preliminarily determines that the respondent has not made sales of subject merchandise below normal value (NV). We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. The product is currently classified in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) at subheading 2922.42.10.00.
