ACTION: Notice of a public meeting and
location.
AGENCY:
On November 17, 2016, the
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) announced a meeting of the
National Drinking Water Advisory
Council (NDWAC) in the Federal
Register, as authorized under the Safe
Drinking Water Act. This notice
announces the location of the meeting
(see the ADDRESSES section of this
notice). The meeting is scheduled for
December 6 and 7, 2016. During this
meeting, the NDWAC will focus
discussions on developing
recommendations for the EPA
Administrator on the Lead and Copper
National Primary Drinking Water
Regulation—Long Term Revisions.
DATES: The meeting on December 6, will
be held from 9:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.; and
December 7, from 8:30 a.m. to noon,
eastern time.

In accordance with the
Comprehensive Environmental
Response, Compensation, and Liability
Act (‘‘CERCLA’’), as amended, notice is
hereby given that a proposed
administrative settlement agreement for
recovery of past response costs
(‘‘Proposed Agreement’’) associated
with Operable Unit Two of the Sharon
Steel Corporation (Farrell Works
Disposal Area) Superfund Site, Mercer
County, Pennsylvania, was executed by
the Environmental Protection Agency
(‘‘EPA’’) and is now subject to public
comment, after which EPA may modify
or withdraw its consent if comments
received disclose facts or considerations
that indicate that the Proposed
Agreement is inappropriate, improper,
or inadequate. The Proposed Agreement
would resolve potential EPA claims
under Section 107(a) of CERCLA,
against Daniel Williams, d/b/a Williams
