The CABHI Evaluation builds on a previous evaluation of SAMHSA’s 2009–2012 homeless services grant programs (i.e., Grants for the Benefit of Homeless Individuals, Services in Supportive Housing, and CABHI), under which the approved data collection tools were developed and implemented.
