Agent Medical Preplacement form is
used by special agents and explosives
enforcement officers who are applying
for a specific criminal investigator or
explosives enforcement officer position
with ATF. This position has specific
medical standards and physical
requirements. The information on the
form is used to determine medical
suitability for the position.
5. An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 120 respondents
will utilize the form, and it will take
each respondent approximately 45
minutes to complete the form.
