Estimated number of respondents: 6 (total). Frequency of response: Initially, quarterly and semiannually. VerDate Sep<11>2014 21:24 Nov 16, 2016 Jkt 241001 Total estimated burden: 2,030 hours (per year). Burden is defined at 5 CFR 1320.3(b). Total estimated cost: $295,000 (per year), includes which $86,400 in annualized capital/startup and operation & maintenance costs. Changes in the Estimates: There is an adjustment increase in the respondent labor hours as currently identified in the OMB Inventory of Approved Burdens. This increase is not due to any program changes. Instead, the change in labor hour and cost estimates occurred because of a change in assumption. This ICR assumes all existing sources will have to re-familiarize with the regulatory requirements each year. Courtney Kerwin, Director, Regulatory Support Division.
