Notice is hereby given that, on October 7, 2016, pursuant to Section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), R Consortium, Inc. (‘‘R Consortium’’) has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Environmental Systems Research Institute Inc. (ESRI), Redlands, CA, has been added as a party to this venture. Also, Hewlett-Packard Company, Palo Alto, CA, has been dropped as a party to this venture. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and R Consortium intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. On September 15, 2015, R Consortium filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on October 2, 2015 (80 FR 59815). The last notification was filed with the Department on July 19, 2016. A notice was published in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on August 11, 2016 (81 FR 53162). Heterogeneous System Architecture Foundation (‘‘HSA Foundation’’) has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Technische Universitat Darmstadt, Darmstadt, GERMANY; and North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, have been added as parties to this venture. Also, Symbio, San Jose, CA; Mobica Limited, Wilmslow, Cheshire, UNITED KINGDOM; and Synopsys Inc., Mountain View, CA, have withdrawn as parties to this venture. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and HSA Foundation intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. On August 31, 2012, HSA Foundation filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on October 11, 2012 (77 FR 61786).     Notice is hereby given that, on September 29, 2016, pursuant to 
Section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 
1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), Node.js Foundation has 
filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General 
and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. 
The notifications were filed for the purpose of invoking the Act's 
provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual 
damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Snyk Limited, 
London, United Kingdom, has been added as a party to this venture.
    No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned 
activity of the group research project. Membership in this group 
research project remains open, and Node.js Foundation intends to file 
additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership.
    On August 17, 2015, Node.js Foundation filed its original 
notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of 
Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 
6(b) of the Act on September 28, 2015 (80 FR 58297).
    The last notification was filed with the Department on July 14, 
2016. A notice was published in the Federal Register pursuant to
