The Missouri Department of Natural Resources revised their program by incorporating the following EPA National Primary Drinking Water Regulation: Ground Water Rule (November 8, 2006, 71 FR 65574). EPA has reviewed the application and determined that the revisions are no less stringent than the corresponding Federal regulations and that the State of Missouri continues to meet all requirements for primary enforcement responsibility as specified in 40 CFR 142.10.
