the Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant 
to RF Networking Solutions, LLC; a company having its principle place 
of business at 4 Huron Court, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, exclusive 
license in all fields. The proposed license would be relative to the 
following: U.S. Patent Number 6,844,841 entitled ``Radio Frequency Link 
Performance Tool Process and System'', Inventor Michael Masciulli, 
Issue Date January 18, 2005.

DATES: The prospective exclusive license may be granted unless within
