Team (PDT) analysis on Days-at-sea (DAS) allocation and trip limits. 
They will also receive an overview from the Monkfish PDT on draft 
alternatives and impacts for Framework 10 regarding specifications for 
FY 2017-19 and DAS allocation and/or possession limit alternatives. The 
Committee will select preferred alternatives for Framework. They will 
discuss other business, as necessary.
