Safer Choice Program participants are

currently labels more than 2,000
products, used by consumers,
institutions and industry that meet our
Safer Choice Standard. The 2017 Partner
of the Year Awards will be the third
annual event, with recognition for Safer
Choice stakeholder organizations from
five broad categories: (1) Formulators/
Product Manufacturers of both
Consumer and Institutional/Industrial
(I/I) products, (2) Purchasers and
Distributors, (3) Retailers, (4) Supporters
(e.g., non-governmental organizations,
including environmental and health
advocates, trade associations, academia,
sports teams, and others), and (5)
Innovators (e.g., chemical
manufacturers, technology developers,
and others).
The award application and
instructions are available at https://

applicants may also register for
webinars on the award application
process by visiting the Web site. All
applications and accompanying
materials must be received by Friday,
December 16, 2016. Award winners will
be recognized at a ceremony in late

Act access form to the Office of

review and approval of a three-year
extension under the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. The OGE Form
201 is used by persons requesting access
to executive branch public financial
disclosure reports and other covered
records.
