Columbia seeks authorization to: (i) Convert a storage well in Wayne County, Ohio from injection/withdrawal status to observation status and abandon its associated pipeline and appurtenances, and (ii) plug and abandon two storage wells, and their associated appurtenances, located in Ashland, and Vinton Counties, Ohio, respectively. Columbia proposes to perform these activities under its blanket certificate issued in Docket No. CP83–76–000, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
