On August 11, 2016, Commission staff
held a technical workshop to review the
draft data dictionary attached to the
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in this
docket (RM16–17).1 The workshop
provided a forum for interactive,
detailed discussion of the elements
contained in the draft data dictionary.
This notice announces that Staff’s
notes on the technical workshop have
been posted to the Commission’s Web
site. These notes are an informal
summary of the key points from the
workshop and are not intended to be an
official transcript of the proceedings.

Any person desiring to intervene or to

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
has determined that, in accordance with
the provisions of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C. App.2,
the National Environmental Justice
Advisory Council (NEJAC) is a
necessary committee which is in the
public interest. Accordingly, NEJAC
will be renewed for an additional twoyear period. The purpose of the NEJAC
is to provide advice and
recommendations to the Administrator
about issues associated with integrating
environmental justice concerns into
EPA’s outreach activities, public
policies, science, regulatory,
enforcement, and compliance decisions.
