planning meetings.

Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission), and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA), that a planning meeting of the
Delaware State Advisory Committee to
the Commission will convene by
conference call at 1:00 p.m. (EST) a
planning meeting on the following
dates: Wednesday, September 28, 2016;
Wednesday, October 19, 2016;
Wednesday, November 16, 2016;
Wednesday, December 21, 2016;
Wednesday, January, 18, 2017 and
Wednesday, February 15, 2017. The
purpose of each planning meeting is to
discuss project planning as the
Committee moves to selecting a topic as
its civil rights project. The Committee
will also select additional officers, as
necessary.
DATES: The following dates: Wednesday,
September 28, 2016; Wednesday,
October 19, 2016; Wednesday,
November 16, 2016; Wednesday,
December 21, 2016; Wednesday,
January, 18, 2017 and Wednesday,
February 15, 2017.
