ACTION: Notice of public meeting.
AGENCY:
Pursuant to the Federal
Advisory Committee Act, the
Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is
announcing a meeting of the Fruit and
Vegetable Industry Advisory Committee
(Committee). The meeting is being
convened to examine the full spectrum
of fruit and vegetable industry issues
and to provide recommendations and
ideas to the Secretary of Agriculture on
how the U.S. Department of Agriculture
(USDA) can tailor programs and services
to better meet the needs of the U.S.
produce industry. The meeting is open
to the public. This notice sets forth the
schedule and location for the meeting.
DATES: Tuesday, October 25, 2016, from
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and
Wednesday, October 26, 2016, from 8:30
a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Eastern Time.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant
to the Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA) (5 U.S.C. App.), the Secretary of
Agriculture (Secretary) established the
Committee in 2001, to examine the full
spectrum of issues faced by the fruit and
vegetable industry and to provide
suggestions and ideas to the Secretary

meet the fruit and vegetable industry’s
needs. The Committee was re-chartered
in July 2015, for a two-year period.
AMS Deputy Administrator for the
Specialty Crops Program, Charles
Parrott, serves as the Committee’s
Manager. Representatives from USDA
mission areas and other government
agencies affecting the fruit and vegetable
industry are periodically called upon to
participate in the Committee’s meetings
as determined by the Committee. AMS
is giving notice of the Committee
meeting to the public so that they may
attend and present their views. The
meeting is open to the public.

The Uinta-Wasatch-Cache
Resource Advisory Committee (RAC)
will meet in South Jordan, Utah. The
committee is authorized under the
Secure Rural Schools and Community
Self-Determination Act (the Act) and
operates in compliance with the Federal
Advisory Committee Act. The purpose
of the committee is to improve
collaborative relationships and to
provide advice and recommendations to
the Forest Service concerning projects
and funding consistent with Title II of
the Act. RAC information can be found

AGENCY:
Background
On February 18, 2015, the Department
of Commerce (the Department)
published in the Federal Register the
antidumping duty order on certain
crystalline silicon photovoltaic products
from the People’s Republic of China
(PRC) (Order).1 On February 3, 2016, the
Department published a notice of
opportunity to request an administrative
review of the Order.2 The Department
received multiple timely requests for an
administrative review of the Order. On
April 7, 2016, in accordance with
section 751(a) of Tariff Act of 1930, as
amended (the Act), the Department
published in the Federal Register a
notice of the initiation of an
administrative review of the Order.3 The
administrative review was initiated with
respect to 27 companies or groups of
companies, and covers the period from
July 31, 2014, through January 31, 2016.
Requesting parties have subsequently
timely withdrawn all review requests
for 18 of the 27 companies or groups of
companies for which the Department
initiated a review, as discussed below.
Rescission of Review, in Part
Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1), the
Department will rescind an
