Notice of meeting.
AGENCY:
The Ketchikan Resource
Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in
Ketchikan, Alaska. The committee is
authorized under the Secure Rural
Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (the Act) and
operates in compliance with the Federal
Advisory Committee Act. The purpose
of the committee is to improve
collaborative relationships and to
provide advice and recommendations to
the Forest Service concerning projects
and funding consistent with Title II of
the Act. RAC information can be found
at the following Web site: https://
www.fs.usda.gov/main/pts.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
September 21, 2016, at 5:00 p.m.
All RAC meetings are subject to
cancellation. For status of meeting prior
to attendance, please contact the person
listed under FOR FURTHER INFORMATION
CONTACT.
ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at
the Ketchikan Misty Fiords Ranger
District, 3031 Tongass Avenue,
Ketchikan, Alaska. A conference line is
set up for those who would like to listen

by September 16, 2016, to be scheduled
on the agenda. Anyone who would like
to bring related matters to the attention
of the committee may file written
statements with the committee staff
before or after the meeting. Written

ACTION: Notice and request for
comments.
AGENCY:
This notice announces the
Grain Inspection, Packers and
Stockyards Administration’s (GIPSA)
intention to request approval from the
Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) for an extension of a currently
approved information collection in
support of the reporting and
recordkeeping requirements under the
‘‘Clear Title’’ regulations as authorized
by Section 1324 of the Food Security
Act of 1985, as amended (Act). This
approval is required under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(PRA).
SUMMARY:
We will consider comments that
we receive by October 31, 2016.
