Applicants state that the transaction

service levels, significant operational

Under 49 U.S.C. 10502(g), the Board
may not use its exemption authority to
relieve a rail carrier of its statutory
obligation to protect the interests of its
employees. As a condition to the use of
this exemption, any employees
adversely affected by this transaction
will be protected by the conditions set
forth in New York Dock Railway—
Control—Brooklyn Eastern District
Terminal, 360 I.C.C. 60 (1979).
If the notice contains false or
misleading information, the exemption
is void ab initio. Petitions to revoke the
exemption under 49 U.S.C. 10502(d)
may be filed at any time. The filing of
a petition to revoke will not
automatically stay the exemption.
Petitions for stay must be filed no later
than September 2, 2016 (at least seven
days before the exemption becomes
effective).
An original and 10 copies of all
pleadings, referring to Docket No. FD
36056, must be filed with the Surface
Transportation Board, 395 E Street SW.,

meeting of the FAA Aeronautical
Charting Forum to be held from October
25 through October 27, 2016, from 8:30
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Pragmatics, Inc.
Company, at their offices located at
1761 Business Center Drive, Reston, VA
20190.
The Instrument Procedures Group
agenda will include briefings and
discussions on recommendations
regarding pilot procedures for
instrument flight, as well as criteria,
design, and developmental policy for
instrument approach and departure
procedures.
The Charting Group agenda will
include briefings and discussions on
recommendations regarding
aeronautical charting specifications,
flight information products, and new
aeronautical charting and air traffic
control initiatives. Attendance is open
to the interested public, but will be
limited to the space available.

Headquarters. A picture I.D. is required
of all U.S. citizens. All foreign national
participants are required to have a
passport. Additionally, not later than
