SUMMARY: The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (``FDIC'') is 
correcting a Final Rule that appeared in the Federal Register on 
October 28, 2015, regarding removal of certain FDIC regulations 
regarding Fair Credit Reporting transferred to the Consumer Financial 
Protection Bureau in Title X of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and 
Consumer Protection Act.

DATES: The correction is effective August 25, 2016.
