The submittal contains a new volatile organic compound limit for antifoulant coatings used in shipbuilding and ship repair facilities located in Clark, Floyd, Lake, and Porter counties. The submittal also includes a demonstration that this revision satisfies the anti-backsliding provisions of the Clean Air Act. The submittal additionally removes obsolete dates and clarifies a citation. DATES: Comments must be received on or before September 22, 2016.
