SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
purpose of the meeting is to provide:
(1) Rushmore Connector Trail update;
(2) Proposed Land Exchange—
Spearfish Canyon/Bismarck Lake;
(3) Teckla-Osage 230 kV Transmission
Project update;
(4) Black Hills Resilient Landscapes
Project update;
(5) BHNF Timber Program update (FY
16/FY 17);
(6) Forest Health Working Group
update;
(7) Recreation Facilities Working
Group update; and
(8) Non-motorized Trails/Over Snow
Working Group update.
The meeting is open to the public.
The agenda will include time for people
to make oral statements of three minutes
or less. Individuals wishing to make an
oral statement should submit a request
in writing by September 12, 2016, to be
scheduled on the agenda. Anyone who
would like to bring related matters to
the attention of the Board may file
written statements with the Board’s staff
before or after the meeting. Written
comments and time requests for oral

AGENCY:
The U.S. Department of
Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Air
Quality Task Force (AAQTF) will meet
for discussions on critical air quality
issues relating to agriculture. Special
emphasis will be placed on obtaining a
greater understanding about the
relationship between agricultural
production and air quality. The meeting
is open to the public. A draft agenda is
included in this notice.
DATES: The meeting will convene at 8:00
a.m. PDT on Thursday and Friday
September 8–9, 2016. A public
comment period will be held on the
morning of September 9, 2016. The
meeting will end at approximately noon
on September 9, 2016.
