In accordance with section 10(a)(2) of
the Federal Advisory Committee Act
(Public Law 92–463), notice is hereby
given of the following meeting:
Name: Advisory Committee on
Training in Primary Care Medicine and
Dentistry (ACTPCMD).
Dates and Times: September 9, 2016.
Place: Webinar/Conference Call
Component.
Status: The meeting will be open to
the public.
Purpose: The ACTPCMD provides
advice and recommendations on a broad
range of issues relating to grant
programs authorized by Title VII, Part C,
sections 747 and 748 of the Public
Health Service Act (PHSA). During the
September 9, 2016 meeting, the
Committee will continue work on the
ACTPCMD 14th report integrating
behavioral health content into primary
care medicine and oral health training
program.
Agenda: The ACTPCMD agenda will
be available 2 days prior to the meeting
on the HRSA Web site at https://
www.hrsa.gov/advisorycommittees/
bhpradvisory/actpcmd/.

AGENCY:
As stipulated by the Federal
Advisory Committee Act, the
Department of Health and Human
Services is hereby giving notice that the
National Vaccine Advisory Committee
(NVAC) will hold a meeting September
20, 2016. The meeting is open to the
public. However, pre-registration is
required for both public attendance and
public comment. Individuals who wish
to attend the meeting and/or participate
in the public comment session should
register at https://www.hhs.gov/nvpo/
nvac/meetings/upcomingmeetings.
Participants may also register by
emailing nvpo@hhs.gov or by calling
(202) 690–5566 and providing their
name, organization, and email address.
DATES: The meeting will be held on

Secretary of Health and Human Services
was mandated to establish the National
Vaccine Program to achieve optimal
prevention of human infectious diseases
through immunization and to achieve
optimal prevention against adverse
reactions to vaccines. The NVAC was
established to provide advice and make
recommendations to the Director of the
National Vaccine Program on matters
related to the Program’s responsibilities.
The Assistant Secretary for Health
serves as Director of the National
Vaccine Program.
The September 2016 NVAC meeting
will include a discussion of the 2010
National Vaccine Plan Mid-course
Review. The NVAC’s Mid-course
Review Working Group and the
Maternal Immunization Working Group
will also present their findings and
recommendations for deliberation and
vote by the Committee. Members will
also receive an update on the recently
released CDC Strategic Framework for
Global Immunizations. Please note that
agenda items are subject to change as
priorities dictate. Information on the
final meeting agenda will be posted
prior to the meeting on the NVAC Web
site: https://www.hhs.gov/nvpo/nvac.
Public attendance at the meeting is
limited to the available space.
Individuals who plan to attend in
person and need special assistance,
such as sign language interpretation or
other reasonable accommodations,

NVAC meeting during the public

comments should not exceed three
pages in length. Individuals submitting
