The Departments of Commerce and the Interior co-chair the task force, whose members include leaders of 12 Federal agencies, 2 U.S. States, 5 U.S. territories, and 3 freely associated States. SUMMARY: The Secretary of the Interior is giving notice of the renewal 
of the United States Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative 
(USEITI) Federal Advisory Committee (Committee) to advise the 
Department on the implementation of the Extractive Industries 
Transparency Initiative, which requires governments to publicly 
disclose their revenues from oil, gas, and mining assets and for 
companies to make parallel disclosures regarding payments.
