    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Federal Deposit Insurance 
Corporation (``FDIC'') as Receiver for Home National Bank, Blackwell, 
Oklahoma (``the Receiver'') intends to terminate its receivership for 
said institution. The FDIC was appointed receiver of Home National Bank
