Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in
Ketchikan, Alaska. The committee is
authorized under the Secure Rural
Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (the Act) and
operates in compliance with the Federal
Advisory Committee Act. The purpose
of the committee is to improve
collaborative relationships and to
provide advice and recommendations to
the Forest Service concerning projects
and funding consistent with Title II of
the Act. RAC information can be found

August 17, 2016, at 5:00 p.m.

Statement (SEIS) to the 2009
Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest
Revised Land and Resource
Management Plan (Forest Plan)
environmental analysis in response to a
June 14, 2016 Order from the U.S.
District Court for the District of
Montana. The Court directed the Forest
Service to issue a supplemental EIS for
the 2009 Revised Forest Plan that
evaluates the potential environmental
consequences of the 2002 and the 2008
MOUs. The MOUs were entered into by
