the U.S. Department of Agriculture,

to grant to Oregon State University of
Corvallis, Oregon, an exclusive license
to the variety of red raspberry described
in U.S. Plant Patent Application Serial
No. 14/999,027, ‘‘RED RASPBERRY
PLANT NAMED ‘KOKANEE’,’’ filed on
March 22, 2016.
SUMMARY:

The Delta-Bienville Resource
Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in
Forest, Mississippi. The committee is
authorized under the Secure Rural
Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (the Act) and
operates in compliance with the Federal
Advisory Committee Act. The purpose
of the committee is to improve
collaborative relationships and to
provide advice and recommendations to
the Forest Service concerning projects
and funding consistent with Title II of
the Act. RAC information can be found

prospective exclusive license will be
royalty-bearing and will comply with

exclusive license may be granted unless,
within thirty (30) days from the date of
this published Notice, the Agricultural
Research Service receives written
evidence and argument which
establishes that the grant of the license
would not be consistent with the
